Bauerfeind A3 for Treatment of Complex Knee Pain The GenuTrain A3 comfort support is suitable for treating various types of knee issues associated: e.g. osteoarthritis, irritated knee joint or complex medial knee pain. Thanks to the anatomically shaped visco-elastic pressure pad integrated in the elastic knit fabric, the support gives the joint and muscles a targeted, healing intermittent compression massage on every movement.
