Thomas-Type Collar.  Two-piece construction makes collar height easily adjustable from 3" to 4½.  Circumference is adjustable 2" to 3" longer or shorter than stated dimension.  Ventilated translucent plastic body has vinyl covered padding at top and bottom edges.  Closure is by overlapping hook 'n pile contact.  Sized according to neck circumference.
